• Harvest information about anybody unless that person permits it;
• Use of the Service for unwanted solicitation.
• Content that doesn't comply with Youvideoo.

Reservations

The use of our Service doesn’t represent ownership or rights to any aspect of the Service,, including the username used and contents posted in the Youvideoo.

License to use your Content

By posting your content, you also give Youvideoo the right to a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use your content in connection with the Services offered by Youvideoo and for the purpose of advertisement.

You also grant the users the right to non-exclusive, royalty-free access to your content using our Services with the exclusion of using it for independent purposes.

Right to monetize

By creating content, you allow Youvideoo to monetize on your content which may include displaying ads within your content and charging users a fee for access. This agreement does not entitle you to receive any payment. The amount you will receive depends on the agreement between you and Youvideoo, which will be treated as royalty.

Termination and Removal of Account

You have the right to remove or terminate your account at any time. Furthermore, we also reserve the right to terminate or remove your account or your content based on the following reasons:

• Breach of agreement
• May cause harm to the other users and Youvideoo
• Unlawful contents.

Our Continuous Update and Improvement

Our Services value continuous improvement for our viewers and subscribers, and as part of it, we may modify and upgrade our Services. This improvement may include adding or replacing programs beneficial to our content creators and subscribers. Part of this is a continuous improvement of our security system, which is made to comply with the law or prevent abuse and data breaches. The upgrade automatically affects the system and can be downloaded with your device.

Limitation of Liability

Except as required by applicable Law, Youvideoo, Alefaa Lab, Inc, our affiliates, officers, directors, and employees will not be responsible for any loss of profits, revenues, business opportunities, loss, or corruption of data that may be caused by: Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies on the Services; Personal injury or damage as a result of the use of the Services; Unauthorized access to or use of the Service (it is your sole responsibility to protect your account by not giving your passwords to anyone); Any modification and cessation of the Service; Any viruses or malicious code transmitted or through the Service by any third party; The removal or unavailability of any content This provision applies to any claim, regardless of whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort, or legal theory.

Severance

If it turns out that a particular term of this Agreement is not enforceable for any reason, this will not affect any other terms. Interpretation In these terms, “include” or “including” means including but not limited to any examples we give for illustrative purposes.
